Some international aspects of prevention of legalization of incomes obtained by a pirate way
In the paper international aspects of the prevention of legalization of the incomes obtained by a pirate way have been analyzed. It has been underlined that the shade economics has caused damage not only to the developing and weak Russian economics, but also to the countries with developed and stable structure. The necessity of conducting of all-round economical and criminological analysis of foreign experience of the prevention of this phenomenon and further international cooperation in order to develop and apply the most effective measures of the prevention in our country has been considered.

Problems of criminal responsibility of persons with mental deviations
In the paper the problems of the criminal responsibility of persons with mental deviations have been analyzed. The definition of the indicated responsibility using the institute of a restricted (diminished) responsibility and its different scientific treatments has been considered. The paper analyses the peculiarities of the criminal behaviour of the mentally deviated persons, the reasons of their high social danger and the measures on optimization of preventive activity.

Involvement of the advocate in court cases concerning economical crimes
In the paper tasks and powers of the lawyer in the criminal procedure on matters related to crimes in the sphere of economical activity have been analyzed. The content of the right of the accused (suspect, indictee) on the defence, problems of his supply by the inspector, procurator and court has been considered. Some tactical and psychological aspects of the defence on this category of matters have been revealed.

Motivation of marginal valid behaviour
In the paper the motives of legitimate behaviour and specially the motives of marginal (law-abiding) legitimate behaviour have been analysed. The historical and modern views on the problem of constraining force of the legal sanctions and their realisation in law enforcement practice have been considered. The miscellaneous factors influencing on the legal sanction effectiveness from the point of view of both special and communal prevention of unlawful behaviour have been highlighted.

The paper is dedicated to the actual problem of the criminal responsibility of the minors with indications of lagging in mental development non-connected with mental insanity. In the work the content of key concepts "mental retardation" and "dementia" has been described. The legal and logic inconsistency of applying of the criminal law norms to persons having the different forms of defects of intellectual development has been pointed out in the work. The problem has been analysed from the psychological, psychiatric and legal points of view, the authors have suggested some ways out of the situation.

Investigation of mechanism of blood traces' formation at locus delicti as an element of criminal event reconstruction
The paper has analyzed the experience of investigation of blood traces' formation which is an element of event reconstruction examination (situation examination). The authors have underlined that the most preferable variant is to appoint the examination at early stages of the investigation. The important conclusive meaning has the artwork enclosed to the report of locus delicti investigation. The results of forensic medical investigation should be taken into account without fail.

Right value in the context of value system in the modern Russian society
The paper has studied a problem of the right value in the system of values in the modern Russian society. It has been shown that the apprehension of a person about right as about value influences on the regulation of social relations. The conclusion has been made that the conformity of the right norms to the value conceptions of a person conduces to its legal and social active behaviour, solves the problem of formation of a developed and harmonic person.
